THE CASE OF THE NEON TWINS, written and directed by Daniel Jackson and Billy Muñoz, is a multi-media “future noir” production. You’ll meet Detective Franco in his most troublesome case yet: two girls posing as “twins” with an ugly secret that drags him through future San Antonio, 2068. Featuring Monessa Esquivel, S.T.Shimi and Edward Wise.
What do you know about the Mexican-American War? Do you know what the San Patricio Battalion is? From the creator of Latino Odyssey comes a new comedy/drama. IRISH/CHICANO is a retelling of a history that is not taught in schools. Come see what really happened when two cultures met in a time of war. Written by Max Parrilla, directed by Felice Garcia. Featuring Rick Frederick, Laura Lozano, Eli Rios and Sheila Sisler-Currie.
Both productions are part of the Electric Performance Lab (EPL), a program designed to nurture new company works. Audiences will be invited to stay for post-show discussions.
