Luminaria Kick-Off Concert
Celebrate Luminaria with a kick-off event featuring JOE JACK TALCUM(of the Dead Milkmen), LEDERHOSEN LUCIL & KRISTA L.L. MUIR and DJ JESTER THE FILIPINO FIST. This event will celebrate the hard work and dedication of everyone involved in the 2009 festival. Admission is free. Doors at 7 p.m.
