Description
Due to the overwhelming turnout for last week’s presentation of Is It Really So Strange, we’re showing it again. Join us for this entertaining documentary that explores the incredible popularity of Morrissey in Latino culture. While you’re here check out Phantom Sightings: Art After the Chicano movement, and Jim Mendiola’s timeline of Chicanos in pop culture, which inspired our film selection.
Please call the museum and RSVP to secure a seat. Seating is on a first come, first serve basis. 10 minutes prior to showtime all unclaimed reserved seats will be given away.
Just as it was a public service to release the Abu Ghraib photographs five years ago, Mr. Obama is right today to say we don’t need more of them.
