Celebrate BurroFest I – a puro party pachanga celebrating all things burro – hosted by El Mero Burro de San Anto: L. A. David.

L.A. will take time from his space odyssey travels to land at legendary Saluté (2801 N. St Mary’s) on Saturday, September 19. Keep your shades on all pinche night: arte starts at 6 p.m.; music goes from 8 p.m. – 2 a.m.

Admission is a $5 donation and includes a hand kiss by L.A. himself. Wear your glitter. Bring your Significant Burro/a.

Enjoy the Burro sounds of Confusing Minerva, Los Rokmantix, Heather Leather, I Ching Gatos, Snowbyrd, and De los Muertos.

L.A. has lead the Nuevo Punk Arte Scene in San Antonio for decades. Stop by Saluté on Saturday, September 19 and show the dude your pinche love: prints and original paintings for sale. Get here early and party with L. A. all night.

“Without visual arts, the planet would be grey and depressing. Wherever there is Music and Art –something magical occurs and we all leave more creative and content, you know what I mean Burros,” says L.A.

As in true L.A. high fashion, expect surprise guests. L.A. will have Art at $50 each from 6 – 8 p.m. Buy a painting -get free admission at the door. Make sure to bring your crazy outfit which will become L.A.’s private canvas. “It will be the journey of your life to a different dimension, vatos.”
