Arts in Our Parks The Office of Cultural Affairs presents the second annual Arts in Our Parks, a free program developed to promote the arts in San Antonio and showcase Parks and Recreation Facilities and programs. Visitors have the opportunity to enjoy performances from local arts groups and art activities for the kids, while browsing the holiday market filled with art from local artists and crafts people. This event is free and open to the public, and provides a great opportunity for families to get out and enjoy our parks and have fun! There is no fee to participate, but you must fill out the following application form by Wednesday November 16 at 5pm. Applicants will be notified November 19 and 20.
