The San Antonio Museum of Art Docents and the San Antonio Symphony League are proud to announce an exclusive evening of classical music and art at Music at the Museum X.  Music at the Museum X will be held at the San Antonio Museum of Art on Monday, January 25, 2010 starting at 5:30 pm with a reception and silent auction and a concert at 6:45 pm.  Proceeds support the volunteer and outreach efforts of both organizations.

A silent auction offering a palette of unique and popular items will be held during the wine and hors d’oeuvres reception in the Great Hall.  The concert will include special performances by San Antonio Symphony musicians featuring the music of Brahms, Beethoven, Schumann and  Gabrieli.

Before and after the musical program, guests are invited to view the Egyptian, Greek and Roman galleries and also enjoy Culinary Delights: Photographs by David Halliday, currently on display at SAMA.
