Description

David and Daniel Frank, identical twins aka Cosmocto, draw influences from buddhism, amazonian shamanism, street art and sacred geometry. Much of the imagery in their work is taken directly from personal experiences with entheogenic plant medicines. The Frank Brothers, from New York and Brattleboro, Vermont, approach their work as a spiritual practice, exploring dreams, alternate realities, ancient sacred teachings and the joy of the creative process.

Sala Diaz is a 501 (C)(3) non-profit space supporting the San Antonio community with exhibitions of local, national and international artists and is located at 517 Stieren, near the intersection of South Alamo and South Saint Mary’s Street in the heart of the Restaurant Supply District. Open weekly, Thursday – Saturday from 2 – 6 PM.

Sala Diaz is sponsored by Fluent Collaborative, The Smothers Foundation, The Buddy Taub Foundation, Liberty Bar, The National Endowment For The Arts and numerous private individuals.
